Andy Sixx: "We're Not Done with Stock" March 13, 2017 | Cho Kim-Nyugyn
After
the Black Veil Brides Army was denied its initial public offering (IPO)
to sell stock in the New York Stock Exchange, its Commander, Andy Sixx,
sat down with us to discuss his optimism for reapplying for an IPO
sometime in the future.
"Now more than before, I'm confident that the SEC will not deny our application for an IPO," General Sixx told reporters. "We've
dropped our guys at Scottrade and are going with Charles Schwab. This
is a better choice of investor firms to help with this move."
The
BVB Army was denied its IPO last month when the Stock and Exchange
Commission (SEC) cited its recent war with the BOTDF Air Force that
involved President Donald Trump to threaten United States intervention
with the armed conflict.
"The
BVB Army was in a dark time. We had to defend our integrity. The very
way of life for our fans to suck shit out of my asshole was in jeopardy.
We had to act. We all acted according to what he had to to. It just
sucks that we had to suffer for it. We're not done though. We're not
through in trying to make it in this business. The dream lives on. We're
Not Done with Stock."
The
BVB Army was prepared to offer close to $350.00 per share, but after
its rejection from the SEC, analysts project it won't get by with more
than $50. The BVB Army has not said when it would reapply for an IPO
especially with the big drop of its share value.
